My name is Maike (Micah), and I am a health and wellness coach. I help busy women feel happy and good within their bodies by creating space for consistent healthy eating, regular exercise and prioritising themselves without guilt or overwhelm.

How I Can Support You

Many women I speak with feel like there’s just no time left for regular exercise, healthy eating, or prioritising themselves. Between work, managing the household, and keeping up with their kids’ busy schedules, their own needs often fall to the bottom of the list.

That’s where I come in. I support busy mums creating space for consistent nutrition, movement, and taking care of themselves —without guilt or overwhelm—so they can feel happy, calm, confident, and back in control.

About Me

Hi, I'm Maike, a Health and Wellness Coach, wife, and mum who understands firsthand how easy it is to put your own health and wellbeing at the bottom of the priority list.

Originally from Germany, I studied, lived, and worked in Europe before making Australia my home nearly 20 years ago. Like many of the women I work with, I juggle the demands of family life, work, household responsibilities, and children's activities without the support of any family nearby. I understand what it's like to manage a busy household, support a partner with long work hours & travel, and try to find time for yourself amongst everything else life throws your way.

One thing that has helped me maintain my own wellbeing is sport. As a competitive triathlete, I have experienced firsthand the positive impact that regular movement, training, healthy eating, and having personal goals can have on both physical and mental health. Training and racing provide me with a sense of balance, achievement, and self-care, allowing me to recharge and show up as my best self in other areas of life. While not everyone wants to complete a triathlon, I firmly believe that everyone deserves to find a form of movement and wellbeing that helps them feel strong, capable, and fulfilled.

Before becoming a Health and Wellness Coach, I worked as a physiotherapist both overseas and in Australia. I have spent more than a decade in the workers' compensation industry, first as a consultant and later in management and project management roles. Throughout my career, I have supported people to overcome barriers, achieve meaningful goals, and improve their quality of life.

My own experiences, combined with years of helping others navigate health challenges and achieve meaningful goals, inspired me to become a Health and Wellness Coach. I am passionate about supporting women prioritise themselves without guilt or overwhelm, so that they feel healthier, more energised, and happier and become the best version of themselves.
